DONALD L. KINGETT, Esq., CPA, M.S. Tax, LL.M. Tax
Mr. Kingett earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from Rider University and his Masters Degree in Taxation from Drexel University. He received his law degree from Rutgers University – Camden School of Law and his post-doctorate degree in Taxation from New York University School of Law. Mr. Kingett is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars and is licensed to appear before the United States Tax Court. He is also a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Kingett has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1987 and his areas of expertise include wills and trusts, asset protection planning, IRS problems and business succession planning. He is the author of “Exclusion of Gain on Sale of a Principal Residence – Does the TRA of 1997 Provide an Opportunity for Trustees?” published in NAB Talk and has presented tax and estate planning lectures to the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and various New Jersey Bar Associations.
RONALD M. WARREN, Esq., CPA, M.S. Tax, LL.M. Tax
Ron has been practicing law in Southern New Jersey for more than 25 years. Ron concentrates his practice in counseling individuals, business owners and families in a variety of issues in tax, estate, asset protection and wealth preservation matters. Ron’s particular areas of expertise include tax controversy matters, income tax planning, business and corporate planning, shareholder agreements and business succession issues and worker classification disputes. Mr. Warren is a shareholder with the firm and a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law, where he graduated with honors and was awarded the Prentice Hall Award for outstanding performance in the area of taxation. While attending Rutgers University School of Law, Mr. Warren was a member of the Rutgers Law Journal. He earned his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University. Mr. Warren is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court and is a member of the Bars of the State of New Jersey, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of Florida. He is the past Chairman of the Camden County Bar Association’s Section of Taxation. Mr. Warren is also a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
